A very warm welcome to Pear Tree Cottage, the perfect combination of a city break and an escape to the country all in one.
Accomodation
We have recently upgraded Pear Tree Cottage with a brand new first floor bathroom as well as ground floor wetroom. Each room is equipped with everything we can think of to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms and house bathroom with slipper bath and separate shower. The ground floor has a third bedroom adjacent to a large wet room. In addition, on the ground floor there is a lounge, open plan dining and kitchen area and separate utility with washer and small freezer.
Wifi is available.
The following are available for our younger visitors: travel cot, high chair, stairgate.
Bedlinen and towels are provided.

Master Bedroom
A good sized room on the first floor with king size bed with oak wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside cabinets and dressing table.

Twin room
Tucked at the far side of the first floor, we prepared this room with two new solid oak single beds and chest of drawers.
Room 3
Can be set up as two single beds or a kingsize.

This bedroom is on the ground floor adjacent to the
wet room. Ideal for anyone who prefers not to
climb the stairs.

First floor bathroom
Luxurious first floor bathroom complete with large slipper bath and rainfall shower.

Ground floor wet room
A good sized wet room on the ground floor adjacent to bedroom 3. Easily accessible with large walk in shower.

Outside Space
​
Pear Tree Cottage benefits from a large private garden and patio area with uninterrupted views of open the countryside. The garden is planted with herbs, flowers and fruit trees which guests can enjoy whilst staying in the cottage.

The property has its own private drive with ample free parking for several vehicles.
​
Patio seating for 6 adults, BBQ and a selection of garden games are available for guests to use.
​​
There is also a private rear courtyard with a washing line .
